How we handle the limited personal information you choose to share with us.
Information we collect
If you use the public contact form, we collect only what is needed to reply: your name, phone number, email address, the topic you select, and your message. A hidden honeypot field may be present to reduce automated spam; it is not a field we ask people to fill in. Calculators run in your browser and we do not save the numbers you type. There is no client account or login.
What we do not collect on this website
We do not request PAN, Aadhaar, bank account numbers, passwords, OTPs, card details or net-banking credentials through the public form. Please do not send them in the message field. KYC and scheme transactions, if any, happen through official AMC, KRA or registrar channels — not through this website.
How an enquiry is delivered
When email delivery is enabled, the form is sent to a form-delivery service (currently Web3Forms) so the message can reach rkwealthfp@gmail.com. That provider processes the enquiry in order to deliver it. If email delivery is not enabled, your browser may open a draft email addressed to us instead, using your own email application. You may also contact us by phone or by writing to rkwealthfp@gmail.com directly.
How we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell personal information. We do not share contact-form data with group companies or third parties for cross-marketing.
Maps, fonts and other third parties we do use
The contact page and footer may load a Google Maps embed for our Secunderabad office. Google may collect data under its own terms when that map is displayed. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Educational video listings on the site are titles only and do not play hosted video, so we do not embed a video player.
Technologies we do not use on this website
This website does not run a first-party analytics script (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar). It does not include a WhatsApp click-to-chat widget, Google reCAPTCHA, a CRM embed, a live-chat widget, or advertising cookies. If any of those are added later, this policy will be updated.
Theme preference
Your light or dark appearance choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. It is not used to identify you across other sites.
Purpose limitation
Data collected through this website is not used for unrelated marketing campaigns, list rental, or promotional sharing outside responding to your request, unless you separately agree or the law requires disclosure.
Consent
Sending the contact form means you agree to be contacted about that enquiry. You may withdraw that request at any time by writing to rkwealthfp@gmail.com.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed to respond and to meet record-keeping obligations, then purged or stored securely as required. Transmission uses HTTPS on this website.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by writing to rkwealthfp@gmail.com.
